Batman Vs. Predator! Unreleased Superman NES Game?

Batman & Superman have starred in many video games over the years. Some of them are great, others…not so much. The Superman NES game from Kemco is widely held to belong in the latter category, but did you know that there was originally going to be a sequel made by Sunsoft? Learn more about the Man of Steel’s unreleased 8-bit adventure and a new Batman game from Pacnsacdave on this ROM hack review! Thanks for watching:)

  1. I'm surprised that there hasn't been an IUPG for Superman NES. It's obviously not very good, but I think its reputation is worse than it really deserves. I thought the mechanics of the powers were interesting, though they weren't explained at all, and I thought the build-up of each section by investigating stories that you hear about as Clark Kent and coming to the rescue for people calling for help, leading to a boss fight was interesting, even if investigation is more Batman's thing than Superman.

  2. I used to feel like this as well about the avgn. but, I must admit I learned about the ljn defender 2 weeks ago thanks to the gaming historian after his channel started to grow and i found the because of it's growth. so, I have to agree with cygnus it comes with the territory but the content won't ever suffer imo which, i am loving so far.

  3. If you buy repros, get em from anyone else buy Pacnsacdave. he steals other peoples work and puts his own name on it.

  4. Pacnsacdave also did a Jason X repro game. If you have that one, can you do a review of that one too?

  5. The Sunman/Superman II rom is a European rom, meaning that it should be played at 50hz, not 60hz. You were playing it at the 60hz speed, meaning that it was running 17.5% too fast.

  6. Kinda makes ya wonder why there are even any Superman games, huh??As he is indeed the most op hero, you'd think he would be so too in his games, huh??

  7. Hey Cygnus, if can get in contact with Pacnsacdave, tell him to make a rom hack of Batman for the nes. But where you can play as the Joker!
